At Teddy Kids, our toddlers investigate, explore and play in an inviting, age appropriate and safe environment. This provides endless learning opportunities.Through continuous listening, talking and describing actions, they will develop a vast vocabulary.
It has been proven that toddlers learn effectively through play. The Teddy Kids Toddler Program provides a variety of learning tools, such as musical, tactile, verbal, auditory and social methods.
The Teddy Kids Playgroup Program is designed for children to ease the transition from the sensory- motor world of toddlers into a social world. Children learn through organized play and structured activities. In our child-centered classrooms, children are encouraged to learn by exploring and experimenting.
Each morning begins with Circle Time where children read stories, work on arithmetic skills and much more. Children work with puzzles, paint at easels, work at the sensory table, build with blocks, string beads and engage themselves with the guidance of our highly trained staff. Children use our extensive and well-equipped outdoor play area for overall motor and sensory activities.
The Teddy Kids Nursery Program imparts all the skills necessary for optimum development and success in primary school. Children are given time to socialize, create, and develop self-confidence as they implement their new aptitude. Reading, writing, arithmetic and problem solving are presented in an objective and fun filled manner.
Children will experience the joy of self-expression in the areas of music, science, arithmetic, storytelling, arts and crafts Teddy Kids.
Children enter the Teddy Kids Jr. K.G program when they are able to concentrate on certain tasks for a longer duration. This is when Teddy Kids formally introduces pre-writing within the program. Children learn how to differentiate colors, shapes, size through hands-on concrete activities.
Since children inducted within the Teddy Kids Pre-K program are able to understand basic rules of games a lot of activities at this point surround group activities. More detailed reading activities and phonics is also introduced at this stage.
